Janmashtami Celebrtaion
2023-09-07Janmashtami is a vibrant and joyous Hindu festival celebrated with great enthusiasm across India to commemorate the birth of Lord Krishna, the eighth avatar of Lord Vishnu. This auspicious occasion typically falls in the months of August or September, depending on the Hindu lunar calendar. Janmashtami celebrations are marked by a series of traditional customs, rituals, and cultural events.
Ramleela
2018-10-21School, a firm believer of moral values, did an enactment of the Hindu epic 'Ramleela.’ Toddlers, all between the grades from 3 to 8 were dressed up like Rama, Seeta, Dashrath, Hanuman, etc. Seeing such young kids perform on stage, Teachers and other staffs were ecstatic. For most of the kids, this was their first ever performance on stage but as childhood knows no norms and is free of worries, the kids were less nervous and more excited to perform their roles.
